He was born in TABRIZ-IRAN, in 1958. His father was a qualified founder at TABRIZ state, but in 1959, adverse life conditions motivated him to migrate to Tehran. ALIREZA studied at the elementary and high schools of poor zones, and he was mostly interested to continue his higher educations in Turkey, It was 1980 when he went to Turkey, he resided in Istanbul  and enrolled at engineering faculty of Istanbul; in education year of 1984-1985 he successfully received geophysics engineering diploma .

He was studying at the university, when he married a girl from TABRIZ state; he returned to Iran- Tehran after university graduation. He has a boy named RAD and a girl, Named SOUIL.

When he was a child he was very interested to Turk literature and poem, (his mother tongue) he met some post poets and men of letters. It was 2000 when he composed the first Turk lyric-poem, then he consulted well- known men of letters of his era and progressed very fast. It was 2001 when he composed published the first Azerbaijan Turk love poem. He named it love converse (first volume). In 2003 he published the second volume of the love poem and he joined AVRASYA writers’ society of Turkey honorary. In a short time he could join writers’ society of Azerbaijan- Baku, and in 2007 he received his honorary PhD from AZARBAIJAN INTERNATIONAL University. He could promptly write and publish lyric and mystic poems named YAR ILA GOURUSH; the mentioned book has the colophon of Iran national Commission.

 ALIREZA KHIYABANI has written very opulent and good taste books and has offered them freely to the interested individuals. He composes lyric poem in Azerbaijan Turk language, Persian and Istanbul Turk.
